The Role

As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of building a strong content strategy, scaling the content engine, and building product features to scale our content platform. You’ll need to be an expert at content platforms, and drive our content product end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute keyword research for the content platform
• You will organize, lead, and perform customer studies to find content building opportunities
• Figure out customers search intent and collaborate with the content team to solve users problems
• Analyse the content on a regular basis to find gaps and draw insights in building new content and modifying existing content
• Build our content engine to drive website visitors and sign ups for BrowserStack
• You will collaborate with SEO and SEM team to plan future content plan
• You will collaborate and project manage with internal and external content writers to drive the content
• You will Orchestrate digital content strategies across different online channels
• You will product manage different features for the content product

Requirements

Key Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B SaaS startup experience
• At least 4 year of experience writing content for the web
• Past work experience with SEO tools and Google Analytics
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• A love of analytics and a consistent record of analyzing campaign performance and identifying significant insights to achieve your metrics
• Deep understanding of the user journey and customer funnel
• Big picture thinking and meticulous attention to detail you’re able to quickly understand overall business objectives, build a well-aligned marketing strategy and drive yourself and relevant stakeholders towards execution.
• Inquisitive and innovative test and learn mentality with a hunger to use the latest technology and methods to drive growth
• Experience collaborating with and influencing executive management
• Experience and desire for working in a start-up environment, chipping in to developing business infrastructure and energetically scaling a high growth business
