Fortanix is hiring an experienced manager who can build and manage our sales development representative (SDR) team. If you are a successful B2B inside sales, SDR, or BDR manager, looking for a successful company for the next phase of your career, this could be the one! You will be responsible for everything from building our SDR strategy and executing it.You will work closely with the sales and marketing executives of the company. The job pays above-market compensation and is seeking top-performers only.
You will be based out of Bengaluru India and come to office for work. Your SDR team can be based anywhere in India based on your preferences. You can build the onsite team or can keep them remote.
The SDR team will be responsible for setting up successful appointments for our sales team. The sales team is global with strong presence in USA and Europe. You and the SDR team will work hours aligned with USA and Europe. You will work closely with and get support from our marketing team, customer success team, and engineering team in Bengaluru.
