Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Manager - Branding who will be a part of the Marketing team. A hard-working talented candidate with a minimum of 9 years of experience in the marketing field. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the art of marketing, someone who is diligent, organized, who is not afraid to share ideas and someone who has exceptionally strong multi-tasking skills. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products as well as our brand.
Key responsibilities
- Lead ATL/BTL campaigns for the brand in order to drive awareness, consideration, and affinity for the brand
- Develop marketing strategies, go-to-market plans, and executions that result in effective, breakthrough communications and target engagement.
- Coordinate efficiently with the internal teams to understand their requirements, the obstacles, the communication objective and to meet their targets via effective marketing strategies.
- Explore, identify and evaluate strategic brand partnership opportunities
- Lead the influencer marketing strategy from ideation and planning to identification and execution
- Take complete ownership and manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously
- Maintain relationships with media, partners and effectively communicate the company’s objectives
- Lead the creation of the brand’s core communication and develop all required content and assets in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with Business heads in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
- Negotiate to the best of one’s ability on the lines of finances, overall marketing objective and single-minded propositions.
Requirements
- MBA/BA in marketing, business administration, or relevant discipline with minimum experience of 9 years in Brand Marketing.
- Good understanding of marketing campaigns, partnerships and the operational
