Job Description:

As a team leader in the Schedule change team you will be responsible for the supervision of a team .As lead you have to ensure customer satisfaction and the best possible performance. You will need to support your team with their daily tasks and deliver training to new colleagues as well as prepare and analyze reports. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management amp; organizational skills.

  • Discuss amp; set personal targets with each team member
  • Monitor team: their behavior to customers amp; colleagues, their problems or ideas
  • Evaluate team members: performance, mistakes, losses, creativity, strengths, weaknesses, attitude
  • Discuss team’s performance (quality of their services, mistakes, productivity) with Manager and work on improvements whenever necessary
  • Organize amp; run regular team meetings and one on ones to groom team members
  • Assess received feedback from clients/colleagues
  • Discuss/report performance of day/week and special issues - quality wise with Manager
  • Discuss or escalate daily issues and report Day Summary to Manager
  • Ensure team’s effective functioning
  • Manage team members daily schedule and ensure assigned tasks are completed
  • Supervise attendance and ensure time adherence by all team members
  • Monitor Calls amp; Delegate cases as appropriate

Qualifications

  • 5 years of minimum experience in a respective travel industry or at similar position
  • International BPO experience would be preferred.
  • Preferred : Graduation or Master’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration or relative field
  • Amadeus, Sabre and Galileo (expert)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English - any additional language will be considered a plus
  • Windows, MS Office, Google Applications (expert)
