ABOUT THE ROLE:
Toppr is looking to onboard Senior Faculties in its Teaching/Content Teams for Physics, Chemistry, Math, Biology and Commerce. As an EdTech professional, you’ll deliver high quality online fun filled and interesting live classes and self-learning materials in various formats such as concept notes, assessments, tests amp; practice questions etc. In addition to this, you will also review and ensure quality control in the respective subjects.. You’ll also play a key role in bringing innovation and creativity in approach to make learning and teaching simple. KEY QUALIFICATIONS
1. PhD/Masters/Bachelors in respective subjects or Engineering / Medical / relevant degree with strong subject knowledge.
2. Pedagogy expert in either of one of the subjects along with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple ways.
3. 12+ years of offline teaching experience in IIT-JEE/NEET for Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics/Biology/Commerce in reputed offline institutions.
HOW YOU’LL RAMP:
In First Week
Understand Toppr’s journey, its values, and mission.
Spend time with the HR, Talent Acquisition, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to get up-to-speed on Toppr’s offering, its competition, and future outlook.
By Day 30
Help building Toppr’s knowledge strategy. Work with the team to build short term and long term roadmaps.
Learn from students’ feedback, and create new or improve existing content to fulfill their learning needs.
Expand program offering and enhance the quality of existing programs Work with the team in Ramp;D and experimentation for better classes.
By Day 90
Dig deeper and pick a project that matters to Toppr and its success. Watch your work make an impact beyond your domain. Take responsibility for quality control
