We are looking for an analytical, data-driven and motivated marketing specialist to provide support to our fast growing international team. This is a truly global role for a truly global FinTech focused on helping small and medium-sized businesses trade internationally with comprehensive digital finance solutions.
You will report to the Growth Lead and provide assistance in managing a variety of outbound campaigns in Salesforce and Pardot across our markets -- Germany, India, China, Hong Kong, UAE, the USA, and the Netherlands.
Your Impact
- Help maintain our Salesforce CRM - upload leads, manage campaigns, conduct reports and run analytics across our markets.
- Run automated marketing campaigns, using a number of tools including email services, working on improving KPIs and establishing a permanent A/B testing culture for long term improvement.
- Liaise with data providers to improve our data quality and help the local sales teams hit targets. Use Excel extensively to manipulate data and perform analysis.
- Perform administrative tasks to support sales teams, including setting up meetings and collecting documents. Improve processes to aid efficiency.
- Work towards deadlines with a high level of initiative; sort multiple priorities and respond to the needs of a fast-paced work environment.
- Work on ad hoc tasks with multiple stakeholders from different teams across the MODIFI ecosystem, responding to local market needs at short notice.
- Identify new marketing channels and opportunities, taking ownership of your ideas and executing them at short notice.
Requirements
- 2+ years marketing experience, preferably in B2B.
- Experience using Salesforce, particularly in set up and maintenance. Experience using Pardot also a huge plus.
- Deep knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets; you need to be comfortable using a variety of complex formulas and love working with data.
- Apex and SQL coding skills would be an advantage
- Comfortable using a variety of marketing software, including email marketing (ideally Pardot) and CMS tools.
- Extremely meticulous, detail-oriented, dependable, and conscientious.
- Willingness to take on ad hoc tasks and projects with little preparation and complete them under tight deadlines.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken; other languages are a plus.
- Previous knowledge of the fintech landscape in India and the export sector is a plus.
