Role Summary: The Retail Marketing Head reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer will spearhead end-to-end operations for Unacademy experience centres. The ideal candidate will serve as a retail marketing thought leader, developing strategy for the centres, adopting best practices, helping with rollouts, managing profitability, and streamlining the process.
Responsibilities:
- Own amp; lead the set-up of Unacademy experience centres.
- Responsible for piloting in new market amp; expansion by adding centres as per plan.
- Creating product pricing strategy for the retail channel.
- Responsible for driving and managing footfall across the centres.
- Ideate on and execute efficient and intuitive offline marketing strategies for the centres.
- Develop rebates and schemes to ensure channel growth in various product segments.
- Responsible for centre’s budgeting amp; financial planning and audit controls.
- Responsible for capability building for retail operations team amp; channel partners.
- Managing and improving customer experience across the centres.
- Review amp; analyse the market trend including inbound strategies, product variety, pricing and action plan.
- Evaluate market opportunities and assure the management of centre relocation/renovation.
Requirements
- Prior experience in retail operations ideally in FMCG, Automobile amp; Telecom industries.
- Strong data-driven orientation and analytical mindset with a focus on ROI.
- Strong decision making, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate and adjust for potential roadblocks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
