Senior Engineer : Data centre Operations

• Install and configure Servers into various data centres with partner support.
• Connectivity and testing PRI Lines
• Troubleshooting - Servers, PRI, Firewall
• Setting up end-to-end monitoring for all the infrastructure services
• Manage ISP Connections across various data centres
  • Configuration ISP connection on firewalls.
  • Regularly interacting with ISP providers to troubleshoot ISP level issues, Linkdown etc.

• Deploying and managing servers amp; networking equipment in data center environment
• Server installation and configuration with all applications necessary for outbound and inbound calling
• Troubleshooting all servers related issues
• Liasioning with internal and external stakeholders
• PRI lines to be tested and connected to the server for application engg to take over
• Build monitoring dashboards for various systems i.e servers amp; network devices

• 3 to 5 years of Experience
• Server, RAIDConfiguration - Preferably DELL Servers
• Strong networking concepts - TCP/IP and Internetworking
• Firewall ( Fortigate, Sonicwall, Checkpoint, Cisco Pix) (Value Added)
• Linux Knowledge (CentOS, RedHat) any one is a must.
• Basic scripting and programming knowledge (Shell/Python)
• Monitoring tools like Nagios, Prometheus etc
