Job duties
- Work closely with the recruiters, hiring managers and vendors on various positions in analytics.
- Manage coordination for and within the US recruitment team
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Sourcing and screening profiles, creating and maintaining the pipeline
- Maintain ATS system, collect feedback and calibrate the process
- Engaging and attracting talent from senior consultants to leadership positions
- Create partnerships with external recruiting firms or contractors for urgent requirements.
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open position
Requirements
- 2 + years of work experience in recruitments.
- Open to work in US Overlap shift
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience of hiring talent in data science, analytics, data engineering, business analysts is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent command on Microsoft Excel and google docs, etc.
