Yantranet is a young and dynamic company working in the space of IOT ( Internet of Things) , a disruptive technology that is going to take the market by storm. We are a small cozy team passionate about coding and new technologies. While our headquarters is in Branford, CT, USA , we have our development centre in the "City of Destiny", Visakhapatnam, India. Though a small company, we are right on the cusp of moving to the big leagues. As an senior hire, you will have the opportunity to learn a lot, handle bigger responsibilities and be part of the company's success. If selected you will be working from Visakhapatnam.
We are looking for a well-rounded Android application developers very fluent with building android applications to help us get things done quicker. If selected you will be based in Visakhapatnam, working on the cutting edge Android Development and constantly challenge yourself as a programmer.

Requirements
Required:
- BTech in Computer Science or equivalent
- Solid software developer with minimum 3 years experience building scalable and maintainable software
- Experience in hands-on software design, Java programming amp; End-to-end Android app development from basic requirements to detailed requirements, Implementation, Testing, Deployment amp; Maintenance cycles.
- Clear understanding amp; practical application of server data interfacing (such as REST, JSON APIs) with the app
- Knowledge about version control systems, build tools and testing frameworks
- Opinionated about the art of building software but not a jerk about it
Nice to Have:
- Understand complete requirement and development of app individually as well as being part of team
- Experience with unit testing and end-to-end testing
- Experience with Android Studio IDE, Gradle and other build tools
- Should be very nimble in using Linux
- Working knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in Android
