Roles amp; Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for enhancing educators' experience at Unacademy.
2. Manage a team of relationship managers who will manage the top educators across all categories in Test Prep - Business team.
3. Build SLA's around managing educators' escalations and account management issues.
4. Strategize on various events and engagement activities to improve educators' experience.
5. Contribute towards long-term retention of educators.

Requirements

1. Individuals with experience in managing large teams working on engagement or customer relationships across Banking, wealth management and luxury real estate industries
2. Experience managing high net worth individuals is a must
