Requirements
- Controllership activities revolving around working capital management, and Cashflow management (with focus on managing of multi-currency Receivables / Debtors).
- Responsibility for overseeing / supervising day to day accounting and month-end accounts closing (balance sheet level) for 6 to 7 global entities.
- Group level finalization and consolidation of accounts and coordinating with statutory auditors for annual audit.
- Budgeting, Reforecasting MIS Reporting, deviation analysis.
- Supervision of regulatory compliance activities of various global jurisdictions covering Corporate Income Tax, Company Law, GST, VAT and Labour Laws.
- Excellent Communication skills and capability to liaise with stake holders in the organization.
- Strong MS Excel skills and prior experience in ERP environment.
- Ability to manage a cross cultural team of 3 4 members.
Skills / Capabilities:
- Strong accounting skills should have handled finalisation of accounts and should have experience amp; strong capabilities in consolidation of accounts of multiple entities within a group.
- Should have experience in facing audit by large / reputed audit firm and should be capable of liaising with auditors in a global environment (Experience in audit by Big 4 audit firm will be an added advantage).
- Experience in handling cash flow and treasury on on-going daily basis, including supervision and Accounts Receivable (Debtors).
- Understanding of budgeting and be well versed in deviation analysis month end and should be capable of interpreting results and analysis vis-à-vis budgets / targets.
- Capability to interpret financial and accounting information at a holistic and practical level and should be able to build appropriate management information reports / dashboards.
- Should possess demonstrated English language skills in communicating with stake holders and business unit heads at different levels within the organization both vocal (verbal) and written.
- Should have experience in working on ERP system preferably in a multi-entity set up. Prior experience in working on business intelligence tool or reporting tool will be an added advantage.
- Excellent MS Office skills and proven experience in building complex reports in MS Excel.
- Should be experienced in Income tax, tax audit, TDS, withholding Tax and should be aware of the fundamentals of international taxation and transfer pricing.
- Supervision of monthly and quarterly activities relating to VAT, GST, filing of necessary returns and liaising with Government authorities.
- Should have worked in team size of at least 5 members and should be capable of managing and coordinating with a global finance amp; accounting team of 3 to 4 members.
