About the role

This role is based in Gurgaon. In this key role, the person will be reporting to the CRM Manager and will be responsible for execution of campaigns and for providing technical support to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor eCRM tools, testing activities and quality assurance for new releases, report any critical issues to relevant internal or external departments
  • Improve up-selling and cross-selling via eCRM channels, with the final goals to increase orders and revenue generated by eMail and Push Notifications
  • Improve database segmentation for targeted marketing initiatives
  • Execute A/B testing and analyses results to leverage each campaign performance
  • Manage the project calendar ensuring the material requests for campaign execution are met on time; editorial selection of products to promote based on sell-out results, monitor deliverability to identify critical issues and propose corrective actions
  • Execute best practice bench-marking and monitor the activities of competitors to drive new or improved CRM and customer experience solutions.

Requirements

  • 0-1 yrs experience required with CRM tools, preferably with Acousitics
  • Degree in Management, Engineering or Business
  • Knowledge of email best practices, deliverability, CAN-SPAM legislation, email success metrics, inbox monitoring
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel, Google analytics, Adjust HTML is essential
  • Experience in design Responsive HTML Emails is a must
  • Experience with setting up API driven triggered marketing touch points
  • Experience in using a sophisticated email service provider and building multiple, complex customer journeys
  • Experience using a rule-based dynamic content for personalized campaigns and messaging
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments across teams in a fast-paced, environment
  • Ability to code responsive email campaigns
  • Ability to learn how to use new technologies and tools quickly
