Requirements

  • Work with our digital Find/Learn/Decide team, internal analytics team and implement Target changes for personalized experiences using Adobe Target (aka Test amp; Target)
  • Enable dynamic content using triggers from back-end meta-data
  • Enabled personalization using rules and other metadata elements
  • Design page-structure and framework in close collaboration with the Senior Manager of Optimization, Digital Channels Director and the vendor team for Find/Learn/Decide program
  • Continuously track, report and improvise on personalization based on analytics obtained using Adobe Analytics and/or Target
  • Rigorously project manage releases that involve personalized content
  • Understand agile backlogs and maintain a healthy backlog of personalization exercises
  • Continuously report on performance of various personalized experiences/dynamic content
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in computer science or Information Technology. Masters or Analytics degrees a plus
  • 8+ years overall experience with Adobe Target (aka Test amp; Target), Optimizely or Monetate with at least 1-2 years as a developer developing custom codes, javascripts and tag elements
  • 5+ years experience designing, running and reporting on multivariate and A/B tests
  • 5+ years of experience using Adobe Target (aka Test amp; Target) for delivering dynamic and personalized site experiences
  • 5+ years of experience using Adobe
  • Adobe Target certification is a huge plus
  • Legal subscription/SaaS platform experience is a plus
