Roles and Responsibilities | What does the job entail?
- Answering client queries related to the use of Superset software product via email channel, and largely through phone channel,
- Understanding queries and resolving them by providing ways to achieve use cases using the Superset tool,
- Ensuring customer success by providing timely resolution to client queries,
- Writing documentation and FAQs
Requirements
- You have 1+ years of quality experience in Customer Support,
- You have excellent communication skills including the ability to listen and empathize with the clients,
- You do not see this as a temporary role and would completely commit to the role as well as your responsibilities.

Office: Office will be 5 days a week, plus alternate Saturdays working.
Growth Path
You could grow into Customer Success Lead role, where you’ll be given responsibility to monitor adoption of accounts and track renewals and overall customer adoption rates.
