Now, about the opportunity: In the Adobe Campaign Business Practitioner position, you’ll assist with the Business development and implementation of Adobe Campaign. This is a role where you’ll work with both internal and client teams to let your Campaign knowledge shine, as you help build robust and performant Campaign solutions. You will take the lead for most engagements and instill confidence through maturity, expertise and impeccable communications (written and oral) with customers. You must be familiar with various data extraction/manipulation techniques such as select, filter, segment, merge-purge, joins, etc and have a good understanding of digital marketing concepts and tactics.


In this role you will:
  • Set up and execute daily BAU activities for MediaMonks’ Adobe Campaign clients
  • Understand and support the client’s Digital Marketing objectives and operate Adobe and 3rd-party technology integrations with Adobe Campaign
  • Translate business requirements to actionable Campaign deliverables including targeting and segmenting audiences in workflows, evaluate a given set of campaign requirements and recommend the course of action
  • Provide and be knowledgeable in 'best practices' in campaign development to optimise efficiency and quality of deliveries; implement and support automation of triggered, recurring and ad-hoc communications
  • Manage the deliverability (IP warming, typologies, typology rules, quarantines, waves) and domain/IP reputation with ESPs
  • Identify and manage users, roles and permissions in Campaign
  • Operate the core concepts of relational databases (cardinality, PK/FK key management, enumerations)
  • Import/export/reconcile data to and from Campaign
  • Interpret built-in reports and create custom reports
  • Help troubleshoot HTML and recommend improvements to HTML markup in deliveries

Requirements

Experience you already have:
  • At least one year of Campaign Classic software experience
  • Experience designing, implementing and executing a complex multi-wave, multi-channel campaigns
  • Understanding of relational database concepts
  • Experience with marketing metrics such as ROI, click-through rates, and conversion
  • An understanding of typology application, access management, web technologies and database marketing
  • Deliveries setup experiences (proofing, approvals and audits)
  • Experience with basic HTML and personalisation
  • Subscription service and user preferences management (opt in/opt out)
  • An awareness of the legal and ethical guidelines for marketing and PII-aware data management
