Devops Engineer (Contract)

Job Description
Zycus is looking for Devops Engineer with 3+ years of experience on 6 months contract to hire basis.
Technical hands-on experience (3 to 6 years) (must have):
- Scripting - Python, Groovy amp; Shell
- Configuration management tool - Ansible
- Hashicorp Packer, Terraform
- Multiple Linux OS - RHEL, CentOS amp; Ubuntu (OS level, hosts files etc.)
- CI/CD through Jenkins
- DevOps implementation of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
- Handling Production servers with L1, L2 and L3 level support
- Docker and Kubernetes (highly desirable as planned in roadmap for 2021)
Requirements
Requirements (must have):
- Good understanding Enterprise Architectures, Java and Database solutions
- Weekend support (mostly Saturdays during downtime) for Production amp; Staging deployment
- Highly responsive amp; quick TAT to CI/CD issues faced by team
- On call night support only if there are issues in higher environment
- Agile to changing priorities
- Apply SDLC in DevOps to Build, Test amp; Deploy Applications Faster
- Hashicorp Consul and Nomad
- Deployment through Jira tickets
- Nexus repository amp; build promotion
- VMWare Virtualization
- AWS Concepts amp; APIs
- Icinga amp; Dynatrace
- CI/CD through GoCD
- Nginx amp; HA Proxy
- Managing and maintaining load balancers, proxies, webservers, Queues, Caches etc.
