Job Description

  • Service current accounts and grow dead accounts to meet sales targets through effective technical sales presentations and utilization of support services.
  • Calling inactive and active clients (who give very little revenue) to filter and segregate that data.
  • The daily call target will be 50-60 calls.
  • Figuring out the right person in the client's organization. Updating SPOC and other important details in our internal CRM after interacting with them.
  • Contribute to ANNUAL SALES / marketing plans, contribute to key- / target customers TARGETING.
  • Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Communicate to and work with the other departments as necessary to resolve unique customer issues/concerns.
  • Attend and participate in workshops and training programs as and when offered.
  • Upselling and cross-selling to ensure optimal growth.
  • Educate clients regarding our self-help guides ie. Online recharge, number renewal amp; invoice download, etc.
  • Answering client calls during off working hours, holidays, and weakened.
  • A fixed stipend will be given as 10,000 per month.
  • Acquiring complete Knowledge of all Kaleyra Products.
  • Complete product, process, and Sale training will be provided to them.
