Team’s charter

VIE Key role is adhere the task given by Lead and commit as per Voice Requirement

Here are the key activities that the team will be handling.

• Install and configure network components including Servers, Firewall, L2 and L3 Switches.
• Connectivity and testing PRI Lines
• Troubleshooting - Servers, PRI, Firewall
• Setting up end-to-end monitoring for all the infrastructure services

What will you be doing?

• Implementing infrastructure deployments.
• Server installation and configuration with all applications necessary for outbound and inbound calling
• Troubleshooting all servers related issues including call applications
• Firewall installation and configuration with all compatible rules
• Troubleshooting all firewall related issues including network latency.
• Escalating to required stakeholders meaning vendor, Internal
• PRI Lines to be tested and connected to the Server for application engg to take over
• Build monitoring dashboards for all locations.

Expected skill-set and competencies

• 2 to 4 years of Experience
• Server, RAIDConfiguration - Preferably DELL Servers
• Network Basics
• Firewall ( Fortigate, Sonicwall, Checkpoint, Cisco Pix) any one is must.
• Linux Knowledge (CentOS, RedHat) any one is must.
• Asterisk Knowledge (value added)
• Bash / Shell Scripting (value added)
• VoIP Fundamentals ( SIP, H.323) (value added)

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor degree must in any domain (Computer Science - added value)
