Mission Responsibilities
Communicate the brand campaigns on digital platforms
Coordinate with various Repos Stakeholders and Reposians
Communicating with people on the digital platforms. Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic amp; own media channels
Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy amp; execution plan
Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback amp; present results.
Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment
Pre Requisites to be part of the Brand family
Fluent Communication (Obviously)
Go getter ("Jugadu" in informal Hindi)
Solution oriented (We don’t like discussing problems)
Original creative thinking (Because original creativity creates magic)
Natural inclination towards sales (the end goal of a brand is people should buy what you say)
Understanding that social media is not a side job, it’s an art to connect with people online and make them believe what you believe in.(Social connections is an ART)
