Senior Manager - Educator Onboarding

Unacademy seeks a supply onboarding manager who will be part of our Inventory Org that shall be entrusted to manage the entire inventory stock of educator hours across all categories of Test Prep at Unacademy.

• Create new partnerships between institutes/teachers and Unacademy
• Take ownership of new projects related to BD from conceptualization to execution.
• Achieve and surpass monthly/annual targets.
• Building strong relationships with institutes/teachers through effective interpersonal skills
• Managing the Teacher onboarding process of all Categories
• Serve as the lead point of contact for all institutes/teachers and manage their account throughout their lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with educators
• Strategize in order to build optimum watch time for all educators alike

Requirements

• Management degree from a reputed institute
• Prior experience in key account management or vendor onboarding and management
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem solving abilities
• Prior experience dealing with educators or academicians is a plus
