The Marketing Specialist (Digital) will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Strategy and Planning

  • Participate in strategizing, conceptualising and developing overall digital marketing approach to support business objectives across multiple countries in ASEAN region.
  • Responsible for coordinating and executing all paid advertisements including search, social, and display advertising campaigns. The primary objectives being to generate leads by driving traffic and improving conversion rates.
  • Work with business teams to translate business requirements into digital marketing activities.
  • Create and develop digital audience segments across digital channels to test propositions and drive personalization

Online Marketing Campaigns

  • Run marketing campaigns independently and create amp; manage workflows to ensure end to end monitoring of campaigns.
  • Hands-on management and optimization of paid media channels such as paid search, display ads, paid social, EDMs.
  • Day-to-day campaign bid management and execution tactics across multiple channels to exceed goals and maximise return on ad spend
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad banners, ad copies and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness across all channels
  • Work with creative team members to ensure alignment across all our campaigns.

Data and Performance

  • Ensure that digital ad campaigns and customers are properly tagged and tracked across channels.
  • Provide analysis, visibility and insights utilizing digital tools and analytics software.
  • Manage paid digital marketing budget to achieve maximum ROI and value for money.

Third Party Management

  • Work closely and coordinate marketing workflows with our partner agencies.
  • Drive the agenda for agency monthly/ quarterly reviews.

Team

  • Work with marketing team members across geographies to ensure the day to day operations are met.
  • If required, mentor and develop talent
  • Work with top management to set KPIs and direction for the digital marketing team

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Demonstrated ability to direct and set strategy for digital media and optimization activities;
  • 5-7 years of exp in digital marketing experience with demonstrated strong track record in running and managing search and display advertising, social media advertisements and email campaigns;
  • Understanding of all aspects of online and offline media trends, channels, and practices;
  • Experience in A/B and Multi-Variant testing for all marketing collateral's;
  • Possess good commercial acumen, with ability to derive commercial value from digital marketing;
  • Experience in optimizing around new and returning audiences;
  • Experience providing dedicated direction to agency partners;
  • We are a startup and expect a confident, positive, hard-working attitude;
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral in English (note: fluency in other ASEAN languages would be considered as added advantage);
  • Strong problem solving skills;
  • Self-starter;
  • Bachelors’ or Masters’ Degree in Business or Marketing
  • Hands on experience on paid campaign (PPC/SEM, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Good to have knowledge of marketing tools like Hubspot,Instapage etc.
  • Extensive knowledge of integrated marketing strategy
  • Extensive experience reviewing data, manipulating data, and developing insights
  • Experienced presenting findings (story-telling) to internal and/or external customers and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Understanding of customer life time value
  • Knowledge of different types of audiences in ASEAN countries (preferred)
  • Knowledge of business lending landscape in ASEAN countries (preferred
