Job Description

We are looking for a senior tax professional who can join us as Global Tax Head, who will work closely with the CFO and senior management to manage rapidly expanding tax operations for group companies spread across multiple jurisdictions..What is the job like?
  • Establish tax efficient structures for group companies across jurisdictions like the US, EU, UK and MENA region.
  • Understand the business models and review tax and regulatory positions on cross-border transactions, keeping in mind the local laws, transfer pricing regulations, economic substance regulations and double taxation avoidance agreements.
  • Implement innovative tax planning solutions to optimise ETR of the group companies and timely review of large transactions to ensure minimum tax leakages.
  • Handle a wide variety of complex, demanding and high profile transactions related to fundraising, acquisitions, mergers, buy-outs, and joint ventures.
  • Manage intra-group restructurings and timely closure of the transactions with minimal disruption to the business.
  • Oversee corporate tax, GST and transfer pricing compliance and litigation for group companies in India and across various jurisdictions.
Who should apply for this role?
  • You are a qualified Chartered Accountant.
  • You bring post qualification work experience of at least 15 years (preferably 2-3 yrs in industry amp; consulting) with excellent exposure to International taxation and Mamp;A transactions. Exposure to US taxation would be an added advantage.
