The role of the Content Lead is to develop an integrated content strategy involving the creation of excellent day to day content impacting the way millions of students learn. This person will work directly with the Category Managers on strategic and operational priorities relevant to the category.
Roles amp; Responsibilities:
K12 Content Strategy: You will be working to prepare high-impact educator slides for display in live classes and build a repository of high-quality study notes for revision along with flash cards, practice problems, periodic assessments, scripts for visual representations, etc.
Team Management: Work with a team of Subject Matter Experts to deliver high quality content within the timelines aligning with Category goals
Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with the design team in preparing high-quality visual aids that will add value to the learner’s experience
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
Top-notch education credentials PhD/Masters/Bachelors in respective subjects or relevant degree with strong subject knowledge
4-5 years working in developing content and lesson plans in a particular subject, including experience in teaching using that content or working closely with teachers to ensure quality delivery of that content
High ownership and willingness to learn
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, start-up ecosystem
Previous experience in team management and content management is mandatory
