We are seeking a talented and dynamic Business Development Manager for the Corporate/ Office Interior Fit-Out Project Management division in Chennai for one of our key clients. Our client is one of the world's leading real estate and property management companies and aims at strengthening India's presence.

Role Overview:

The role of the Business Development Manager will be to drive and lead the Business Development for the Corporate/ Office Interior Fit-Out project management business , primarily data centres for Chennai.

Key responsibilities:

• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
• Developing goals for business growth and ensuring they are met.
• Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

Requirements to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. (Engineering / B.Arch. the background could be added advantage but not a limiting factor.)
• About 3-4 years experience in Business Development. Quality of experience is important than # years.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or related field. Real Estate / IPC / Architects / Fitout Industry suppliers experience is Preferred.
• Business development in Interiors amp; Design amp; Build industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and networking skills are a must.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Client Management, proposals, Client’s database.
• 25% domain Experience amp; 75% of marketing experience is expected
