Requirements
Duties amp; Responsibilities:
Ability to create test automation frameworks
Design and develop automation scripts using Selenium
Programming languages, such as C#/ Java/ Python
Collaborate closely with other team members and other stakeholders
Prepare test scenarios, test cases, test scripts and test suits
Execute all levels of testing (Smoke, Sanity, Regression, UAT, Penetration testing, API testing, Load testing)
Knowledge of STLC, Defect Life Cycle, Testing models and methodologies JIRA
Ability to apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle
Good documentation skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Team player, Good time-management, interpersonal and communication skills
Investigating problems in software as a result of testing
Working with QA analysts and software developers to find solutions
Self-development skills to keep up to date with fast-changing trends
Skills OR Traits:
Experience in Selenium (at least 2+ years)
Hands-on knowledge - Java or scripting language- Python
Experience with Continuous Integration and related tools (e.g. Jenkins)
Well versed with any of QA life cycle tools Rally, Jira or ALM
Preparing and maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)
Knowledge of test standards and process
Experience in defect life cycle management - logging, replication, triaging, verification, closing, metrics reporting, etc.Benefits
