What would a day in your life @ Nium look like?
- You will be a member of our Project Management team to deliver Key initiatives and help with Governance and Process Development
- You will lead and mentor associates to support the Tech and Product Teams with Improvement Initiatives
- You will drive Engineering reviews and assist in identifying, documenting and executing the improvement areas for Tech teams

Where do you come into the picture?
You will come in as a team member of our constantly growing Project Management team. As a Project Management Lead you will be working with Executives, businesses and Product Heads by improving supporting them for implementing processes and improvement areas.
You will need to be collaborative as a team member and always be willing to share the knowledge with colleagues. You’re unafraid to ask for a help if needed because we have many bright minds here. You will be actively mentoring and reviewing processes set of the Tech and Product Managers. Curiosity and constant learning are a mainstay of your personal code! Also, you won’t be working in a standard PMO in the payments space. Your Excellent Leadership and Communication skills with strong verbal and written skills should help you easily adapt to different communication and working styles. As an Active listener with Excellent organizational skills and a Self-starter and quick learner you will scale new heights. Your ability to get hands-on with work and get it done attitude will help you shine at Nium
What would a day in your life @ Nium look like?
- You will be a member of our Scrum development team to deliver technology solutions in an Agile team which include, sprint planning, standups, and sprint retrospectives
- You will design, analyze, code, test, and deploy applications to satisfy business requirements for large, complex projects.
- You will adhere to firm-wide architecture standards, risk management and security policies.
- You will ensure quality and completeness of the product through unit testing, documentation and maintenance as appropriate
- You will balance application development and application support need
Requirements
- 10+ Yrs of Project Management experience with focus on Project Initiation, Planning and Execution and hands on experience of PM tools like Jira, Monday, Rally
- Proven ability to set priorities across a complex program with multiple projects and drive for results
- Excellent attention to details with Strong time management skills and Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills
- Work effectively with internal and external clients, third party vendors, and senior management in accomplishing project objectives
- Ability to navigate through matrixed organizations to engage teams and get work done without Authority
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with business and IT customers to gain their trust and respect
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior IT and business leaders
- Knowledge/interest in payment platforms, foreign exchange amp; highly complex systems
