ROLE amp; REQUIREMENTS

Key Day To Day Responsibilities

  • Perform activities for designing amp; effective implementation of Onboarding, Induction amp; Orientation programs for talent across all verticals amp; levels
  • Responsible for maintaining TA Dashboards and helping in analytics
  • Responsible for conceptualising, drafting amp; updating various Playbooks related to TA amp; People Capabilities
  • Apply a hacker mindset to a variety of sourcing and research channels to strengthen the sourcing pipeline
  • Ensure that the recruitment process holds a high validity and that candidates are being assessed in a quality-driven way
  • Coordinate several areas of the recruiting process, including managing candidates, scheduling phone interviews, and full loops.
  • Establish strong working relationships with agencies, hiring managers, recruiting team, and candidates.
  • Ability to identify bottlenecks and look for most effective solutions
  • Work on special pre-vetted amp; ad-hoc projects
