Roles amp; Responsibilities-
The role will be part of the Learner support Team under the Business Operations vertical in Unacademy-
The responsibilities would include; but not limited to-
- Handle escalations and complex queries.
- Manage large amounts of emails / chats / calls
- Provide support in resolving learners' issues via Chat / Email/ Calls
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with learners through open and interactive communication
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer support role
- Should have worked on Chat / Email / Voice support
- Good communication skills- Verbal amp; written
- Proficiency in MS Excel amp; MS Word
- Preferably from Ed-Tech Background
