We are seeking a talented and dynamic Procurement Lead in Mumbai for one of the top International Property companies. Our client is among the largest international real estate services firms with offices in over 70 countries.

Role Overview:

The role of the Procurement Lead is to Improve project profitability through vendor negotiations and to achieve complete governance compliance amp; seamless and efficient process management for PDS business.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and Control Project Code Creation, Internal Project Approval process
• Track the Turn Around Time of the Process Coordinator for Vendor Empanelment Process
• Ownership, Control amp; Monitoring of Procurement Process for Design amp; Build Commercial Interior Fit-out Projects.
  • Monitor Track amp; Lead Tendering Process through Process Coordinators (Regional team members)
  • Participate in Vendor Negotiation and Vendor Finalization
  • Monitor amp; Track TES for all Projects.
  • Monitor and Track the Turn Around Time of TES amp; PR Process
  • Review and Approval of the PRs
  • Improve the current TAT for PRs
• Custody amp; Management of Vendor amp; Client Contracts
  • Release of PO to Vendors along with Contract Documentation and Annexures
  • Validate Vendor Contracts against Client Contracts and Duplicate all Critical Clauses in the Vendor Contract as per Client Contract on back-to-back basis
• Procurement Process Compliance amp; Risk Management
  • Periodic Review of Procurement Process from Audit Perspective
  • Maintain record and documentation of all critical data related to Procurement on digital platform.
• Others
  • Setting Up of PR process on MST
  • Induct, Train and Mentor Process Coordinator SPOC for each Region.
  • Work closely with Procurement Head, Estimation Head amp; Contracts Head for efficient functioning of Procurement Process.

Requirements to succeed

• Business savvy senior procurement professional with 12-15 years of experience in procurement for corporate interior fit-out projects.
• Process orientation, good in data analytics, excellent negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
• B.E. / B.Tech/ Diploma (Civil) with specialization in supply chain management or related field of study.
