Genesis BCW (http://www.genesisbm.in/) is looking for Senior Account Executive specializing in Digital Media Marketing to work with our Digital Team. The person will be responsible for managing social media marketing, community management across all communication channels. The individual should have a minimum of two years’ experience in digital amp; social media marketing. The individual will work closely with the Digital and Marketing team of the client and understand the messaging of the campaigns to manage the day-to-day account activities and administration. The individual should have knowledge about various aspects of digital communications all Social Media channels and reporting, digital strategy, influencer outreach and monitoring tools.
Purpose:
The purpose of this role is for the Sr. AE to take on greater responsibility, own client relationships and be responsible for overall program delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor online platforms and monitoring reports
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in social and digital media landscape
- Attend client meetings and build strong relationship.
- Take an active interest in the clients’ business and identify relevant opportunities
- Contributes to the design and execution of annual client programs, including identifying social media opportunities where appropriate
- Fosters a strong professional relationship with clients and acts as a key client contact on day-to-day tasks
- Develops a general knowledge of client industry
- Proactively develop relationships with bloggers and other influencers to convey the client’s message
- Create and maintain online influencers/ bloggers list
- Should be good with content and should have prior experience of working on content calendars and competition mapping.
- Keep abreast on using social media monitoring tools and has a clear understanding of all social media platforms

Experience Required:
Work experience for a minimum of two years in a Digital Agency.
