Based in Bengaluru, you will be reporting remotely to Logistics Team Lead based in our London office.

We are looking for a motivated individual with experience in stakeholder management and team leadership. As a Senior Fleet Associate, your role will be divided into five key areas: Partner community relations, feedback, support, acquisition, and provisioning. As we are an international brand working with different time zones, we would require the potential candidate to be flexible to work in shift patterns (including night shifts) with us.

As a Fleet Coordinator, you will lead one of our three regional teams (North America, Europe, or Asia-Pacific). You will support the coordinator in executing KPI reviews and developing your team - their success is your success. You should make endeavors to fix any performance issues to ensure you meet your KPIs. With this in mind, you are responsible for other Associates and Junior Associates within your region.

Requirements

Fleet Coordinator Job responsibilities :

  • Monitoring all stages of our daily fleet operations associated processes making sure they run smoothly and efficiently across all operational regions.
  • Voice and non-voice onboarding and support to our global partner drivers done along with our regional associates.
  • Coordinate with departmental teams to align on short and long-term operational objectives.
  • Coordinating with regional associates for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinating troubleshooting on partner driver disputes and resolving partner driver tickets.
  • Responsible for matching driver supply to client demand.
  • Taking charge of investigating driver errors and supporting/ disciplining drivers, where required.
  • Supporting Partner Drivers with any questions or concerns they may have, such as onboarding, payment questions, and contract issues.
  • Responding to ongoing driver queries, issues, and feedback and managing driver performance.
  • Ensuring the key metrics are maintained to high standards.
  • Internal projects allocation and assessment. Setting milestones and establishing targets. Tracking progress.
  • Observe, analyse and reflect on project execution practices and cross-team collaboration, to create and refine processes that result in achieving the desired outcomes faster and more efficiently.
  • Conducting regular 1-1 catchups and team meetings with the members of the team.
  • Finding effective ways of improving existing processes and setting up new ones to improve the daily operations and reduce quality complaints.
  • Leading a team of passionate and diverse people - championing a culture of inclusiveness and innovation.
  • Being a master of your area and educating all stakeholders whenever required.

  • Fleet Coordinator Required Skills:

    • Customer service and support background
    • Voice/non-voice support experience.
    • Project management experience.
    • 5+ years in a similar Logistics/Operations role.
    • Start-up background preferred.
    • Excellent communication and time management skills.
    • Strong time management amp; organizational skills.
