About the role
This is an associate level role for the Support team of CodeChef. This role will help us build and maintain communication with our programming community using our existing channels.
Responsibilities-
Build sustainable relationships and trust with users
Listening to user complaints/queries and providing adequate solutions for their problem via phone, email, chat etc
Monitoring messages on our social media and responding to user’s posts, comments, and chats and reach out to them to provide assistance
Identify and assess users needs to achieve satisfaction
Gather customer feedback and share with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams
Document platform features, bug report, technical issues and other internal/external processes
Coordinate and follow-up with users to ensure their technical issues are resolved
Test bugs and features deployed on the platform
Report plagiarism or copyright violations to the internal team Requirements
Requirements-

Ability to multitask
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
Ability to work in a team with a positive attitude
Patience when handling tough cases
Knowledge and experience of handling programming community will be an added advantage
2+ years experience as a Support Specialist or similar role
