Job Description

YMT is partner for Eskimi Programmatic Platform (business.eskimi.com) in India. We are looking for a Digital Sales Manager to further grow Eskimi in India.

As a Sales Manager You will be responsible for developing and growing new partnerships with brand clients and advertising agencies, educating them on the value proposition of Eskimi, listening to their needs and helping us to build a better product.


What You Will Do


  • Look for new prospects arrange meetings, organizing workshops/trainings, cold calling (if there is no direct contact established)
  • Build relationships with prospective clients and maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
  • Conduct research to identify new potential customers and understand their needs.
  • Prepare product presentations, pitches in order to explain and sell our advertising solutions to the clients
  • Manage sales pipeline and track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Requirements

  • Fluent in spoken and written English amp; Hindi.
  • Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in digital advertising sales industry.
  • Ability to identify the needs and tailor the proposition accordingly.
  • Ability and willingness work independently, set and reach ambitious goals
  • Experience in full sales cycle including Prospecting, Discovery, Proposal Development and Deal closing.
  • Successful deal track record.
  • Must have a network of clients in India (advertising agencies and brands) potentially interested in Eskimi products
  • Understanding of digital amp; brand marketing, digital marketing buying landscape in India.
  • Comfortable making proposals and presenting them independently.
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Must have your own device (laptop, phone) for work.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, having worked on a CRM system is a plus.
  • Sharing Eskimi values growth, ownership, initiative amp; drive.
