Management Trainee - Digital Marketing

We are looking for a motivated professional MBA(marketing) graduate to fill up a management Trainee position at Stebr Technologies, India (A subsidiary of Stebr, Inc California, A Silicon Valley Startup)

Requirements

• Experience 0-2 years, MBA Graduate (2018,2019, 2020 batches only)
• Must be comfortable working with Excel and other popular workplace software
• Must be open to learning new tech skills like Jira, etc to improve operations
• Must have attention to detail, strong organisation, and time management skills
• Must have excellent ENGLISH verbal and written communication skills
• Previous work experience at a Tech company is desirable but not mandatory
• Design experience with Adobe Photoshop is desirable but not mandatory

Job Duties

• Communicating professionally with customers and responding promptly to their inquiries
• Must have experience with Google Ads campaigns, SEO Backlinking, etc
• Good understanding of Stebr’s Digital products to ensure customer satisfaction
• Producing weekly reports on customer interactions and regular feedback
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
• Monitoring customer transactions, comments, and other website interactions
• Content creation with social media marketing
