Requirements

Location

You will be based in New Delhi.

Reporting

You will report to the HR Manager, and will play a pivotal role in running the day to day HR function in New Delhi.

We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated HR Intern. If you’re an ambitious individual who wants to build a career in international HR, then we want to work with you.

Recruitment

Assisting the firm and the business heads with managing the recruitment process:

  • Drafting job specifications, posting, updating, and removing job advertisements from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
  • Screening CVs and application forms
  • Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates

Onboarding

  • Managing the employment contract process
  • Conducting onboarding and inductions for new starters across the firm
  • Updating HR systems with new staff details and documents
  • Keeping HR systems updated with details and documents
  • Conducting exit interviews

Project Work

  • Managing the day to day HR function in New Delhi alongside the HR Manager
  • Assisting with HR projects and constantly reviewing processes


Your Personality

You will be:

  • A MBA HR graduate from an excellent university
