We are seeking a talented Assistant Project Manager for Office interior fit-out/ design amp; build projects to be based in Bangalore for our client - a leader in design and technology with a team of 2000+ members pan India.
About the role:
Assistant Project Manager for Office/ Corporate Interiors Design and Build Projects will oversee project sites on a day-to-day basis and support in implementing control and management of projects in construction.
Specific Responsibilities
- During the construction of a project the Assistant Project Manager will monitor the progress at project site and report back to the project stakeholders
- Maintain quality control procedures
- Manage the site delivery team’s performance of delegated responsibilities
- Support in coordination with vendors through the completion of the project.
- Should check the raw materials and other basic materials.
- Make safety inspections and ensure the safety of the team and site workers
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise at the project site.
- Liaising with clients or the client’s representatives to update on progress
- Support in reporting on project progress for the client and Company.
- Keep the site delivery team motivated and focussed.
Requirements to succeed
- You are a project management professional with overall 6-7 years experience with 2-4 years of experience in Office interior fit-out projects.
- You have a Civil Engineering degree
- You have the knowledge of subcontractors relevant to interior fit-out projects.
- You have the ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.
- You work well under pressure and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
