GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN

Toppr is looking for Graphic Design Intern - Brand Marketing. In this role you will be responsible for assisting the Toppr Design team with a range of print and web projects, such as print ads, social media, web graphics etc.

Till date, nearly 20 million students have used our after-school adaptive learning app. Together with School OS and Toppr Codr, our product ecosystem provides a comprehensive in- school, after-school and co-curricular learning experience. Toppr was started in 2013 by IIT Bombay alumni Zishaan Hayath and Hemanth Goteti and is backed by venture capital firms like SAIF (Elevation Capital), Helion, Eight Roads, Kaizen and Foundation Holdings.

Day-to-day responsibilities-

1. Design compelling and consistent digital and print creatives with marketing team

2. Work on static and GIF creatives for our social media platforms that reflect the brand

3. Drive online engagement with social media design trends

4. Ensure that all creatives are developed, delivered, and published on time across all digital platforms

5. Accommodate other interdepartmental design requests

6. Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to the deadline

7. Retouching images

8. Work on promotional campaigns, illustrations, brochures, pamphlets, print ads and more

9. Improving the existing Ad creatives and other designs

10. Thoughtful efficient designs which adds value to each collateral

Requirements

SkillSet:

• A bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in graphic/communication design.
• Basic understanding of Typography, color schemes, balancing elements, layouting, branding, advertising and latest design trends.
• Prior Internship experience with design led marketing is a plus.
