Total Experience- 3+ years
Requirements
- Install, configure and Troubleshoot software and hardware.
- Ensure security through access controls within active directory network.
- IT Asset register maintenance.
- Billing and Subscription management.
- Vendor and Resource purchases management.
- Basic knowledge of Jira/Wiki/Bitbucket access control management.
- Basic knowledge of office365 administration.
- Basic knowledge of SSL VPN Management.
Additional skills -
Good Communication skills- Verbal and written. Will be responsible to handle queries received from India and International team members.
