Job Description

Ultria is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for identifying, optimizing and executing initiatives that will help the organization improve the digital footprint.

As the subject matter expert in Digital Marketing, you will be the primary owner to ensure the health, hygiene and visibility are maximised for all digital assets (website, SEM / online advertising, social media, on-page/off-page SEO, etc.)

This is a key resource hire for the company, and the ideal candidate will be driving existing digital initiatives as well as identify amp; execute new ones, working closely with Sales, Product Management as well as Content, Events amp; Product Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute new strategic digital marketing initiatives at Ultria.
  • Strategize and Execute targeted Paid Campaigns on different channels
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Adwords, Capterra, G2 Crowd, etc.)
  • Optimize budget consumption for max lead and demand generation activities digitally
  • Own the maintenance and regular enhancement cycle of the company website, working closely with the web development, content and product marketing teams.
  • Define social positioning, strategy, and creative to strengthen the Ultria brand presence on social media (LinkedIn, Quora, Twitter, FB) amp; contributing to brand awareness via organic sources
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media
  • Create and disseminate monthly and quarterly reports both on our own social strategy, as well as the competitive landscape
  • Work closely with the GTM team to promote upcoming events, webinars, product launches
  • Maximize online presence through targeted backlink management and outreach via online PR (working in coordination with Product Marketing)
  • Identify and track top / relevant keywords and ensure there is tangible as well as a consistent uptick in the company’s SERPs.
  • Conduct A/B tests and use a data-driven approach to refine and enhance outcomes to hit KPI targets
  • Coordinate with Graphics team to release creatives for ads/landing page banners, etc.


Requirements

  • 3+ years experience working in digital marketing, ideally for B2B SaaS organization targeting the US market
  • Understanding of different digital marketing functions such as paid advertising, SEO, Social media marketing, content marketing, and other digital marketing concepts. Ideally, would have at some point worked in all of these.
  • Experience in working in a digital marketing role in a B2B environment and preferable in a marketing agency.
  • Experience working with Salesforce/CRM, Marketing Automation amp; additional marketing technologies would be preferred though not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of how to use inbound marketing and content marketing to generate more qualified leads.
  • A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders within the marketing and sales teams,
