ABOUT THE ROLE:
Toppr is looking at onboarding an AVP/Senior Programme Manager - Knowledge Team (Ask) with the primary responsibility of leading a team of heads who lead 24x7 doubt solving teams across various subjects. This role involves designing and managing efficient processes for quick doubt resolution of students across all grades and subjects. You will be responsible to maintain a culture of innovation amp; creativity to make student learning simple and effective.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of experience in consulting with an excellent academic background and exp in project management.
- Hands on experience in designing robust processes.
- A High level of analytical ability.
- Masters/Bachelors Tier-1 institutions.
- Excellent decision making and problem-solving ability with extraordinary people management skills.
HOW YOU’LL RAMP:
In First Week.
- Understand Toppr's journey, its values and mission.
- Spend time with the Knowledge, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to get up-to-speed on Topprs offering, its competition, and future outlook.
By Day 30.
- Define the objectives and key results (OKRs) that Toppr's live doubts team must achieve
- Plan and create a roadmap for the live doubts team.
- Design and manage efficient processes for quick doubt resolution of students across all grades and subjects.
By Day 90.
- Track progress and take appropriate action needed to enhance the user experience.
- Define metrics and analyze data to measure performance of tutors on the platform. Identify gaps and take necessary action.
- Take responsibility for quality control
- Project Management and resource allocation

Toppr is India’s leading ed-tech company with a mission to make learning personalised. Our adaptive after-school learning app for classes 5th to 12th is used by over 12 million students. Along with the learning app, our School Operating System (School OS) and the recently Launched Toppr Codr product, provide students with the complete in-school, after-school and co-curricular learning ecosystem. We have the widest syllabus coverage with over 20 subjects, 20 boards, and 50 exams. We believe each child is unique with distinct learning needs.
