Total Experience- 8+ years industry experience/ 2-3 years in a Lead Role

Responsibilities

This is a hands on Lead Tech Dev role with the opportunity to grow the team. Has the ability to connect technology with measurable business values, and also has demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product and technical challenges.

This individual will manage the delivery of:

  • The Admin UI of our core product Prime Cloud
  • The CMS maintenance for our current clients (Web/ Mobile)
  • Potential to build new products in the future

KRA

  • Should mentor and guide junior members in the practice and create a conducive environment for others to grow technically.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with global teams to define and deliver on time projects.
  • An eye for quality-Providing technical expertise for every phase of the project lifecycle
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
  • A knack for benchmarking and optimization
  • Takes full ownership and accountability for deliver
  • Problem solving capabilities-Consults business stakeholders on the best approach for delivering complicated feature, both in how it can be split and sequenced, and in terms of potential improvement to the functional requirements
  • Keeps up with the wider industry and proposes new technologies

  • Jira amp; confluence
  • Estimation amp; Sprint Planning
  • Code management amp; quality review
  • Deployment processes
  • Experience working with 3rd Party Vendors
  • Hands-on experience with technologies Angular V10+, HTML,CSS,Drupal,PHP,JavaScript/jQuery,ExtJS (nice to have)
  • Extensive experience in using UI/UX standards and ergonomics.
  • Admin UI (Must have)
  • Consumer CMS products
