THE OPPORTUNITY

  • The Customer Operations team at Almabase is responsible for implementing our software appropriately for each customer (typically a university or a high school) based on their needs. This is critical to the eventual success of the customer with Almabase.
  • This team operates at the intersection of Customer Success and Technology(Product amp; Engineering).
  • In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with customers, understand their needs, coordinate internally and develop solutions accordingly.
  • We are a highly transparent team and in this role, you will get exposure to these aspects:
    • what goes into building a successful bootstrapped SaaS company?
    • what is a customer's journey to success once the contract is signed by the sales team?
    • what is the significance of customer operations in setting a customer up for success?

We're looking for someone who is early into their career and is open to explore different options to figure out what they will enjoy doing eventually. This role gives you exposure to a diverse set of problems.


Stipend:

25k per month.


Duration of the internship:

6 months


Work Timing:

10am - 6pm IST


Responsibilities:

  • Setting up a website for each customer following a pre-documented checklist of instructions.
  • Customizing the platform as per the customer's requirements.
  • Understanding alumni data shared by the customer on excel and processing it to upload to the platform.

Note: Necessary training for all the above responsibilities will be provided.

  • You should be really good at using excel spreadsheets.
  • You should have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • You should be comfortable to learn and use software tools like Asana, Photoshop, etc
