Job Title Functional (API+UI) Test Engineer

Years of Experience: 5+ Yrs

Job Role:

We are looking for a Quality Analyst with 5+ years of experience in manual testing with additional knowledge of automation testing.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in testing.
• Extensive exp in testing API amp; Web applications.
• Expertise in DB testing and back end (Cron, Batches) testing.
• Expertise in testing micro services amp; able to analyze logs.
• Proficient working with databases such as MySQL amp; Mongo
• Able to do post production analysis amp; finding RCA of prod bugs.
• Can think in "out of box" scenarios amp; good with exploratory testing.
• Good to have experience in the communication domain.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Experience with performance (Jmeter) and/or security testing is a plus.
• Experience in API amp; UI automation testing tool preferably Selenium web driver, Rest Assured is plus.
• Experience in using tools like Postman, Charles proxy, Fiddler etc
• Experience in JMeter, Postman would be preferable.
• Experience working in Git, Jira, Test rail.
• Expert on API Automation using Rest Assured with Java
  Expert on Web Automation using Selenium with Java

Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
