We are looking for a Support Analyst, who can take ownership of customer issues and follow up to see those issues to the resolved state. He should be able to do diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve basic system related issues or network related issues or our application issues. Will be required to follow up and escalate the issues within the internal team and provide the solution to the customer.
We need a person who can be reliable and is well organised with good communication skills ; who can talk to our customers and explain complex things confidently
Requirements
- Good understanding of computer systems and Server Machines
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical skills
- Good understanding of network configurations, Server configurations and database is a plus.
- Ability to provide step by step instructions to the customers and document it
- Ability to learn quickly on the job and ask targeted questions which will help to solve the problem easily.
- Should be able to priorities the issues and maintain good rapport with our customers.
- Ability to log all the issues properly in our customer support software and properly acquire feedbacks from customers.
- BE CS/IT or equivalent with 1-3 years of relevant exp.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
