ABOUT THE ROLE:
Toppr is looking at onboarding an AVP/Head of Content with the primary responsibility of leading a team of project/program managers and ensure timely delivery of projects across various divisions of content at Toppr. Driving support teams such as creative design, production amp; Content development team to achieve desired output. Maintain a culture of student-centric approach by bringing innovation amp; creativity in content design and production.

Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters degree with 7+ years of exp in project management preferably with Education Industry.
- Hands-on experience in designing robust processes.
- A High level of analytical ability.Excellent decision making and problem-solving ability with extraordinary people management skills.
HOW YOU’LL RAMP:
In First Week
- Understand Toppr’s journey, mission, values, future outlook, and footprint across India.
- Spend time with the Product, Sales, Marketing, Knowledge, and Finance teams to get up-to-speed on Toppr’s offering, its competition, and future outlook.
By Day 30
- Define the objectives and key results (OKRs) that Toppr's knowledge strategy must achieve.
- Plan and create a roadmap for the content team.
- Plan the sprints, prioritize the sprint backlogs and manage the development processes
By Day 90
- Design and manage efficient processes for K-12 content development.
- Drive Pedagogical improvement of existing K-12 products
- Design and manage efficient processes for content development and production across all grades and subjects. Track progress and take appropriate action as needed
- Lead content-syllabus mapping and alignment. Design content modules (smallest teaching units) in a way that it can integrate well with the technology platform and can be mapped across grades and syllabus.
- Work closely with technology/product team to enable content-product integration.
- Play active role in improving user experience amp; performance through enhancement in user interface and app functionalities.
- Constantly look for ways to improve engagement levels and performance of the students through improvement in pedagogy and content design.
