Summary:
We are looking for a consultant who can contribute to Data Platforms amp; Infrastructure (DPI) team at Nabler. Candidate will work on various A/B testing tools and develop variations on the websites for multiple clients to increase engagement and conversion. Work involves executing end-to-end A/B tests, multivariate tests and deliver personalized experience on websites and planning out what series of tests to run for a given set of pages, monitoring results and ultimately determining whether the changes are effective for the customer.
Professional Skills amp; Experience Required:
· At least 1+ years of experience in configuring A/B tests or multivariate tests, using either Optimizely or Google Optimize
· Strong Experience in JavaScript/ jQuery, HTML5, and CSS
· Strong experience in developing variations on A/B testing tools (Optimizely or Google optimize)
· Experience in 3rd party integrations like Google Analytics
· Experience in webpage performance amp; AB Test performance tuning
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Good understanding of Google Analytics tool
Added Advantage:
· Ability to develop variants in Adobe Target/VWO/Sitespect tools is an added advantage
· Ability to analyse reports and generate actionable insights for all A/B experiments is an added advantage
· Knowledge in one of Angular/React.js is an added advantage
· Hands-on experience on any tag management solutions (TMS) such as GTM, Tealium etc., is an added advantage
· Knowledge of Adobe Analytics tool is an added advantage
· Knowledge of digital marketing ecosystem (SEO, PPC, SMM, Content Marketing, Video Marketing, etc.) is an added advantage
Roles amp; Responsibilities:
· Develop variations in A/B test tool (Optimizely or Google optimize) using JavaScript/jQuery, CSS, HTML5 with the help of design requirements/mock-ups, following best coding standards and best practices
· Configure, launch and monitor tests on the tool
· Test and validate the development of design variants in different browsers as well as in different devices
· Prepare relevant documents such as QA validation checklist (post-variant development)
· Understand the hypothesis for A/B test cases
· Work closely with clients and deliver tests as per requirement
· Proactive, creative, independent with broad troubleshooting experience
· Provide technical guidance to a team of junior developers
· Interact with various stakeholders like clients, employees amp; management.
· Able to solely manage client
· Collaborating and communicating across business, technology, and analytics teams and manage development across various client websites
Eligibility:
1. Any Bachelor/Master’s engineering degree (BE/BTech/MTech or MCA)
2. Candidate with an overall experience of 1 to 3 years with at least 1+ years of experience in Optimizely or Google Optimize tools
3. Candidates above 60% throughout (10th, 12th, graduation, post-graduation)
4. Candidate can work for home for now but need to work from Bangalore office after work from home policy is lifted.
