Requirements
Identify testing strategy for mobile app with documented requirements
- Develop and maintain test execution steps in an test tracking tool
- Design, create and execute concurrency and regression test suites for new projects as well as existing systems
- Maintain complete test documentation (test plan, test cases, and issues found).
- Perform manual and exploratory testing as needed
- Support team members and ensure established goals and deadlines are met.
- Be result oriented, willing to take responsibility and accept accountability for action
- Ability to work on multiple initiatives
- Comfortable with ambiguity as needs change on a regular basis with a high degree of initiative and sense of urgency
- Should have excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with senior management, technical subject matter experts, and business customers are all essential in this role
Requirements:
- 5+ years demonstrated experience designing test cases and execution strategies
- 3+ years experience with test mobile applications.
- Experience testing native mobile applications on android and iOS platforms, Hybrid applications (native + browser)
- Experience testing applications hosted cross platform on mobile devices and web browsers.
- 3+ years experience with mobile app tests automation
- Hands-on experience writing test automation scripts in Java with Selenium , Testing tools - TestRigor, Test Project, Rain Forest etc.
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks with POM and TestNG
- Familiarity with test engineering tools such as JIRA, Charles Proxy, Android Studio, Postman, Xcode, GIT, and SQL
- An understanding of software development/testing life cycle methodologies and specially with Agile/SCRUM model.
Preferences:
- Experience in Backend API Testing
- Experience in Front-end UI Testing
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools to integrate the Automation scripts like Jenkins
- Strong Knowledge on SQL
- Bachelor’s Degree and above
