Nabler is currently seeking a UX Researcher (data oriented) to conduct interviews, usability testing, user analytics, and other research methods that aid in driving an optimal customer experience.
This candidate should have excellent conceptual, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. This candidate must have a positive attitude and strong ability to work effectively with other team members, users, client stakeholders, designers, and data analysts.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and conducting UX research such as user interviews, usability tests, card sort, tree test, competitive analysis and more.
- Performing qualitative and quantitative analysis to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Making design recommendations and create wireframes to support them.
- Strong attention to detail, quality, and consistency.
- Work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Able to work under tight deadlines, pressure, and on multiple projects.
Required skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the User Experience field.
- Proven capability in conducting mixed methods UX research projects from end-to-end
- Track record conducting user interviews and usability tests in-person or remotely, moderated and unmoderated.
- Excellent understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Thorough understanding of user experience principles, customer experience design.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Very good wireframing skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, verbal, and written skills.
- College degree or equivalent experience
The ideal candidate will also:
Possess a College degree or equivalent experience in Data Science, Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, Human factors.- Have proven statistical and quantitative analysis skills.
- Have a strong understanding of marketing techniques, conversion rate optimization and related data-oriented platforms (e.g., Google analytics).
