Toppr is looking for a Cluster Manager - Sales. A CM is responsible for hiring and training salesforce, meeting sales targets in his/her territory, and delivering month-on-month growth.

Cluster Manager will manage 15-20 direct reportees. As profit amp; loss owners of their sales territories, they achieve targets by analyzing data, running operations, and strategizing the next steps. This is why Cluster Manager at Toppr must be charismatic leaders who balance people skills and operations management effectively.

The Cluster Manager is one of the most demanding positions at Toppr and will report to AGM, Sales for the Region.

Requirements

10+ Yrs of Experience in managing large teams, background in customer renewals.
